“Give us grace for to-day; feed the famished affections” — Our Lord’s Prayer includes the line, “Give us this day our daily bread.” In the Christian Science textbook that line is interpreted spiritually as, “Give us grace for to-day; feed the famished affections.” (17:5) These readings explore that prayer-thought.
