Political gamesmanship, violence, natural disasters, pollution and climate change, etc.;  is this the view we must take of the world around us?  John, Paul, and Jesus Christ had a different view of the world than did most.  How did they achieve this higher view?  Under what authority?  The readings this evening at our mid-week prayer meeting, beginning at 6 p.m., will explore how to gain this “wide horizon’s grander view.”

How can we find safety and protection when danger and violence seem to be all around us; even right in our own neighborhoods?
